Enforcement Procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, one disagrees with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that twenty working days have passed without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the General Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The claims will be received and processed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.

The currently visible version of this website is from March 2026 and on that date the review of the accessibility level in force at that time was made.

Starting from that date, partial daily reviews of new or modified web content, both templates and final published pages and documents, are carried out to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of Standard UNE-EN 301549:2019, considering the exceptions of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7.

Among others, the following measures are adopted to facilitate accessibility:

  • Use of alternative text in images.

  • Separating content from presentation using cascading style sheets (CSS).

  • Structuring and labeling the content of pages correctly.
