My name is Caroline Perin. I grew up in Brittany, France, and earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management as well as a Sommelier diploma in Bordeaux. My passion for hospitality started in the kitchen when I was 16. When I arrived in Ibiza for an internship at a boutique hotel at the age of 19, I was asked to organize a pre-wedding event for 80 guests from scratch — and that’s how it all began.

For the past nine years, I have called Ibiza home, immersing myself in its vibrant culture, breathtaking landscapes, and creative energy. During my career in the hospitality industry, I managed two boutique hotels on the island, focusing on openings and development over eight years. Along the way, I cultivated an extensive network of trusted event professionals and built strong relationships across Ibiza, before deciding to leave hotel management to fully dedicate myself to event production.
I have personally organized over 30 weddings and private events, curated intimate concerts, and catered art gallery openings — always with an eye for detail and a love for creating meaningful, authentic moments. My sensitivity to the beauty of art, combined with my passion for gastronomy, allows me to craft truly memorable experiences that blend creativity, logistics, and local expertise.
Today, my work focuses on event and wedding production for venues, as well as wedding planning for a select number of clients that I personally connect with.
